Meet the Trainer
Hello, Hello, Hello!
So much has changed in my life, let me reintroduce!
My name is Brenda L. Lewis and I’ve been in the fitness field for 18 years living in Southwest Michigan.
My passion is Human Movement Specialist and Mid Life Weight Management for Women.
I’ve been a single mom for most of my child rearing years. My youngest of four is now in college which means I’m now an Empty Nester!
I’ve been filling my time with my new program GetMoreFit-Simplified, a 90 day program for mid-life women who want to drop body fat, tone up, eat food they love while feeling on top of the world!
This program is what I’ve lived mySELF as well as what I teach to every client willing to hear.
In my experience, being able to move “well” helps ALL goals! It helps you feel less pain and discomfort AND it helps burn more calories, raising your metabolism all day long.
I spend about ¾ of my week on in-studio clients and programming and ¼ of my week on my online programming.
Some of my favorite things to do are mountain biking (beginner trails), hike in new places and State Parks, travel to other states, look at the mountains and bodies of water and breathe in nature!
I love ALL things MOVEMENT, MUSCLES and MINDSET!
I love that I have been able to procreate, continually learn and educate others, and will never tire of personal growth!
I never share or promote anything that I or a client has not had personal experience with.
I have called myself many things, Master of Modification, Wonder Woman of Movement, Master of Manipulating Clients into better movement, and so much more. I love that my clients trust me and allow me to practice teaching them new movement as well as educating them about their body!
