My name is Brenda L. Lewis of BrendaLewisTraining and I’m a 55 year old female with four grown children and I’ve been training/coaching for 18 years now. For six years I worked for the local Ymca and have been self-employed for the last 12 years.
I am a personal trainer, sport nutritionist by certification but I am a movement specialist by continuing education.
My personal experiences involve reversing insulin resistance, prediabetes, gaining strength through menopause, healing torn tissue through nutrition and exercise.
I take great pride in helping people move WELL and be as lean and strong as they choose to be.
My favorite things to do are being outdoors hiking, biking, and kayaking!
To be honest I am obsessed with how the human body works and never rest at educating myself!
